I was afraid of Chizzel when I heard about the class. I didn't know the instructor either. I decided to give it a shot. I remember you encouraging every single person in the class. You walked around and made sure we had the "right" form. Your phrase "yes you can, yes you can, yes you can" rang through my ears during the class. You were the first instructor that pushed me to my limit and beyond. Your classes rock! You've completely changed my workouts and my lifestyle. Thank you!

Bree is definitely in her element when she is working on some fitness! Her classes are fun and challenging, an all around good combo!! She makes sure to show beginner, intermediate and advanced moves so all fitness levels are covered. I felt the burn after every class and wanted to keep going back because of how well she motivated me to push myself. You HAVE to take her classes!!

I have been working out with Bree for almost two years, I never exercised in my 56 years. When I started I couldn't do a sit up or push up, had no idea what a gluteus, bicep or tricep was. I now can do sit ups; push ups and know what Bree is talking about. I actually enjoy the challenge of working out in Bree's class and never feel intimidated or embarrassed. Bree brings out the best in every participant with her energy and encouragement!!
